We envision a community that will embrace all its members through honest dialogue and appropriate actions as they pertain to establishing true equity in education, in terms of instruction as well as opportunities for all.

Equity in Education is strongly committed to identifying and addressing all forms of prejudice and discrimination within the Bergenfield school community and establishing and improving upon its equitable practices by providing all stakeholders with a voice, creating pathways for community outreach, addressing curriculum and professional development needs, and other viable avenues that work to create an inclusive environment that fosters a positive self-identity for all.
